Dispatch & delivery
Orders are prepared, packed and dispatched Monday to Friday. Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 1–2 working days. Bespoke and made-to-order pieces are dispatched within 3–6 working days, once your item has been made.
I work with trusted couriers and logistics partners to ensure quick delivery — usually within 48 hours in Italy and within 4 working days across Europe.
All orders are sent with tracked shipping, and you’ll receive a tracking number once your parcel has been dispatched. Please note that I can’t be held responsible for delays caused by the courier or by circumstances beyond my control (such as strikes or service disruptions).
Shipping costs
For small, lightweight items (ring holders, handfasting cords, crochet ties and bow ties, bridal accessories), shipping is free across Italy, including the islands. For Europe, shipping for the same items usually ranges from €8 to €15, depending on the destination. Enter your delivery address at checkout to see the exact cost.
For party favour and table placeholders with bonbons, dragées or sugared almonds, shipping is €8 within Italy (including the islands). For Europe, it usually ranges from €15 to €20, depending on the destination.
Customs duties & import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any applicable customs duties and import taxes. Dafne’s Tales is not responsible for delays caused by customs checks.
