Returns & exchanges
I accept returns for most items in my shop, with one exception: party favour and table placeholders if they include sugared almonds or chocolates, due to the nature and perishability of the contents. If you purchased the dragées bags only, with or without ribbons, and no sweets were included, I will accept a return request under the conditions below.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and undamaged.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
The customer is also responsible for any loss in value if the item is not returned in its original condition.
Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
At the moment, I’m unable to offer exchanges.
Refunds
For approved returns, I will refund the total amount paid, minus any discounts applied at the time of purchase. Return shipping costs — and any loss in value if the item is not returned in its original condition — remain the customer’s responsibility.
If you purchased items with personalised printed tags (for example, party favour and table placeholders with the couple’s names), I’m unable to refund the cost of the printed labels.
Cancellations & right of withdrawal
You can cancel an order by contacting me directly via messages or by email at contact@dafnestales.com
Cancellations can be requested within 3 days of completing your order. Requests made after this time can’t be accepted.
