Absolutely! I work with a wide colour palette, so if you don’t see the exact shade you want, just ask. I’ll do my best to make it happen.
I carefully select top-quality materials from trusted suppliers with a strong artisanal heritage. My favorites include mercerized cotton lace, hemp and jute worked in crochet, combined with sheer fabrics like tulle and chiffon, and complemented by wooden accents.
Yes! I source materials from environmentally conscious suppliers and keep waste to a minimum. Over 80% of the mercerized cotton lace I use comes from recycled wastewater. Plus, I never use dyes or glues—each detail is hand-stitched with needle and thread.
Orders and payments
You can order directly from my online shop by adding items to your cart and choosing your preferred payment method at checkout. You’ll receive an order confirmation by email. For custom orders, please fill out the contact form on my website so we can discuss the details together.
Orders are prepared, packed and dispatched Monday to Friday.
Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 1–2 working days.
Bespoke and made-to-order pieces are dispatched within 3–6 working days, once your item has been made.

I accept credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. When ordering online, select whichever method suits you best at checkout. For custom orders, PayPal and bank transfer are available.

Shipping
Yes — I ship both within Italy and abroad. Simply enter your delivery address at checkout to see the shipping options, costs and estimated delivery times for your destination.
For small, lightweight items (ring holders, handfasting cords, crochet ties and bow ties, bridal accessories), shipping is free across Italy, including the islands. For Europe, shipping for the same items usually ranges from €8 to €15, depending on the destination — just enter your delivery address at checkout to see the exact cost.
For favour holders and place settings with sugared almonds (bonbons), shipping is €8 within Italy (including the islands). For Europe, it ranges from €15 to €20, depending on the destination.
I work with trusted couriers and logistics partners to ensure quick delivery. You’ll always receive a tracking number so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
Please note that I can’t be held responsible for delays caused by the courier or by circumstances beyond my control (such as strikes or service disruptions).
Yes, I can ship to parcel lockers and collection points — just let me know in the order notes at checkout.
Returns and Refunds
Non-customised items can be returned within 14 days in their original condition, though return shipping costs are your responsibility. Shipping fees paid on delivery are non-refundable.
Party favours and placeholders when including sugared almonds or chocolates cannot be returned due to their perishable nature. Customised products aren’t eligible for returns unless there’s a manufacturing defect.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact me immediately with a description and, if possible, photos. We’ll work out the best solution together.
